Certified copies require the clerk, and Tenth District fees include $0.35 per photocopy page, $1.50 for certification and seal, and $4.50 for exemplified copies. Personal checks are not accepted by the Tenth District Court.

Restricted Harding County Court Records
Restricted Harding County court records include juvenile criminal cases, sealed cases, expunged criminal records, adoption matters, mental health proceedings, protected personal identifiers, and some protection-order material. Case Lookup stopped displaying juvenile criminal cases as of July 1, 2007, and Family Violence Protection Act order-of-protection cases as of July 1, 2008. Adoption and child-protection matters are also treated as highly restricted in court access materials.
Sealing and expungement are different. A sealed court record is closed from ordinary public access by rule, statute, or court order. Expungement under New Mexico's Criminal Record Expungement Act limits public release of qualifying criminal or arrest records, but it does not erase every possible use. Federal and tribal records are outside the state act. If a Harding County court record appears to be sealed, the clerk can explain filing procedure, but legal grounds for access usually require a court order or party status.
